Help!!

My 06 s281 sc over heats, I noticed when it over heated that the fans weren't on I connected the fan directly to see if it works and it does I've checked every fuse and relay and there all good what could be the problem that my fan doesn't turn on

Anyway have you tried a new thermostat?

You tested the relay(s)? If so, and they are good, then I would suspect the trigger for the relay. I believe the trigger via software/tune based on temperature input. Could the temp sensor be way off? Have you data logged the temperature?

Yes I tried a new T-Stat I have not data logged but I did find out that the fan comes on when you turn on your AC. I tried that and it does turn on but at some point and time it turns off.
