Idler Pulley

Is there a difference in size for the 76mm idler and the pulley on the stock tensioner? I had your tensioner installed but they said the belt was too long to run with the 76mm idler so I had them put the stock pulley on your tensioner. If there is a size difference how much of a shorter belt would I need to use the 76mm idler?

76mm is the stock idler size used on the S197 tensioner as it comes from the factory.
There are some people who change the 76mm idler for a 90mm to take up a bit of slack from the belt.
