Check out this video I just posted on Youtube[/URL] of our Super Stock Custom Grind Camshafts. These cams are our design by Comp with high lift PAC springs and retainers. We have seen 70+ peak HP gains and serious ET and MPH improvement with our Super Cobra Jet customers. The car shown in the Video is a local customers who makes well over 700 RWHP with a Ford Racing TVS Supercharger. Gotta love how wicked this car sounds!

JDM Engineering Super Stock Cam Package is now Available for
Super Stock Camshaft Package includes:
JDM Engineering Super Stock Camshafts
PAC Racing high pressure Valve springs
Chrome Moly Retainers and Shims

Direct Link: JDM Engineering Shelby GT500 Camshafts - YouTube

Here is a clip of the car today on the dyno. It made 723 RWHP and 680+ TQ!!
JDM Engineering Dynos 2012 GT500 with cams & TVS Supercharger - YouTube

We are only running 16* timing because of the stock engine internals and Fred only runs 93 Octane. On a 100 Octane Race tune we should see another 50+ RWHP!! Best part is this car will pass NJ State inspection!!
Remember this is July on a hot humid day, if it were November Fred would be pushing another 30-40HP. We are building a level of protection for the car since it still has the stock engine.

Fred's 2012 GT500 Complete Mod List:
Custom JDM Engineering tuning w/ SCT
Ford Racing TVS Supercharger
2.60" Upper pulley
IW 10% OD pulley
Thumper tensioner
NGK TR6 spark plugs
72LB injectors
Ford Racing Mono Blade SCJ Throttle body
Ported Elbow
JDM Super Stock Custom Grind cams package w/ Springs & Retainers
Kooks Longtubes and X pipe with GREEN Cats
Borla Touring Catback
Axle Exchange 1 piece drive shaft
Afco heat exchanger
Roush coolant resevoir

Here is a Dyno Graph of Bob Romanelli's or Who Most of you know as "Mr. Gasket" 2012 Super Cobra Jet. Bob's car prior to the JDM Engineering Super Stock Camshaft package upgrade made 830 RWHP/664 TQ. Bob's Car already had the ATI balancer and JDM Engineering Custom tune installed on an otherwise Stock 2012 Super Cobra Jet. We then installed our JDM Engineering Super Stock Camshaft package and netted 97 RWHP and 70 TQ peak gains. We also saw a hit of the throttle power improvement that carried all the way over to Redline. These cams also make a ton more power in the peak operating RPM.

Here is a copy of Bob's Dyno Graph

Why a sniffer on there instead of just using the on board?

The car is a 2012, so the front 02's are Wide Band sensors which we dont want to remove. The car also has cats on it so removing the rear 02 monitor would show the same AF measured at the tail pipe.

We monitored the AF through the factory Wide band sensors with our IDS scan tool which is equally as accurate as a wide band sensor from a dyno!

No, that's what I meant. If you were using the on board then why bother with the sniffer?

Any idle sound clips with those cams?

Do they require the cams to be degree'd?

Not required to degree them but you will see a benefit in Performance by doing that. We realize most people wont do it, and we have actually installed them both degreed and just lining them up on the timing marks. Either way the cams sound awesome and perform well. The TVS car we showed in the videos has them installed just via Ford timing spec, they were not degreed.
