Not sure if this is tech, but it is a specific 2011 part. So mods, you decide.

Not sure how much of a review I can give a line lock, but...

Install was pretty straight forward. We did mess up and put the diode on the power side at first and the brake lights were staying on, but we just had to move the wire to where it was supposed to be and we were good to go.

The hard lines fit in perfect. No issues at all. Looks Factory.

The switch that they sent with the kit works pretty good and looks good and stays hidden for the most part.

I actually ended up ordering a 2nd matching switch from JPC to use for my fuel pump switch.

JPC recommended putting them in where the ebrake handle is, and it works good. I had no problem reaching the switch while strapped into the 5 point harness at the track.

Kit functioned exactly how it was supposed to right out of the gate. The line lock I had on my 2010 (not jpc), didn't fit right, and once i fabbed it up, one of the solenoids failed on the 2nd pass.... Also had issues with another kit on my 2006 as well.

Definately makes the burnout easier (especially on a dry street, don't ask how I know, lol)

In the end the best review I can give it is that it works!!! Kind of nice to actually install one and it work for once!!!

And, i can do a 2nd gear burnout and stay there with no issues!

A lot of the vendors have the kit too if your ordering stuff elsewhere, i saw it on lethals and american muscles site when I was poking around.

Thanks. I'll be installing mine this week. I think I'm going to try and mount the switch on the overhead panel between the map lights.

Nice passes!

When we first wired in the diode (keeps abs from kicking it), we put it on the power side. So it turns on the brake lights as soon as you key on.

It's fixed now, lol. We were so pressed for time with only a few days before bradenton to put the long block together, install it in the car, put in the fuel system, wire in the gauges and the wide band, etc... LOL I figured i'd live with the lights for the weekend.

FYI, while the line lock is on, the brake lights come on, once you hit the switch back off to roll out, they go back off. Justin said it's needed to keep from abs issues in the computer.

So there's a diode that goes on the ground side?

So there's a diode that goes on the ground side?

4. Now that you have your solenoid wire inside the car we need to tap an additional wire into the brake pdeal switch. If you look under the dash you will see a 4 wire connector on the blue brake pedal switch. Locate the violet/white wire on the connector and tap into it using the supplied (white side of diode wire) with supplied scotch lock

6. Now route the red wire from the line lock solenoid along with the diode wire from the brake pedal to the console or wherever you have decided to mount your switch.

7. Now take both the (red side of the diode wire) & the red wire from the solenoid and put them both in the supplied blue female spade connector to it and connect to the other terminal on the switch. The connect the fuse link to the end of that wire and connect the other end of the fuse to the grey / red wire on the backside of the power point that is in the center console.
