Clinton Smith's 2011 GT got some upgrades!

Upgrades to the car include:

RGR built shortblock with stock block, stock crank, h-beam rods and forged aluminum 10 to 1 pistons.



Dynoed with VP MS109 Unleaded Fuel

Everything else on this car is stock down to the mufflers!!!!

Holy shit!!! I cant believe that!!! This is making me reconsider a 5.0 built turbo'd versus the mammoth GT500 i was hoping for.

very nice! whats up with the dip in hp between 6200 and 6600 rpms though? any 93 numbers?

Yeah, I think 93 octane #'s would be more impressive to me as no reasonable person is able to run around on 109 octane gas. Still, those #'s are quite impressive and I'd venture to say that with the BOSS intake manifold, ported heads, and cams - it would make at least 1,000 rwhp.

Nice job.

FWIW - there was only an 80 rwhp difference between my JPC 109 and 93 octane tunes. But I'm a hundred and something hp less than this one...

Cars a 6 speed. I was talking to Justin and one of his techs at the American muscle car show they were parked next to me.. the car is so quite its sinister lol. I believe on 5-6 pounds it was making 670-680 rwhp.

That is Awesome. I have been setting up my car getting ready for the procharger Stage 2, but have been contimplating moving to a Turbo. I believe that this has made me a believer. Turbo it is!!
