Figured I would share a video of my streetcar doing work.

VMP TVS Blower w/ Supporting Mods
Stock Untouched Trans
Stock Untouched Converter
Forged Engine
G-Force 9" IRS (stock style)
Billet Specialties Wheels
Full BMR Suspension
Ken B Tuned

Driven 90 miles to the track, raced (no ice or fancy tricks) then driven 90 miles back home.

This car is a load of fun. It destroys liter bikes, averages 15 mpg, and is super comfy.

It's awesome to see a simple combo work so well. It pays to use the right parts and people!

You're one of the people who made me want to go ham on my TVS car! Keep it doing work; I love reading your results!

Thanks everyone. It has definitely been some work!

I am shooting for 1.25 sixties and 8.50s for later this year. Going to be tough!

I will be testing two different ones out.

I have a custom unit from BTS / Precision and I also have a Stock one modded by Chris @ Circle D.

I will put them in when the new longblock goes in.

Another built engine? What's wrong with the one you just put in the car?

It's a disease!

Nothing wrong with the current engine. I am selling it to a local customer/friend - and just upgrading.

The current engine is a basic forged set-up, with stock heads and cams.

The new one is from Livernois, with cams and all kinds of upgraded goodness. I am exited to see where it will take this combo.

The primary driving factor is that I want to spray nitrous. Now that I have put ALL the boost to this combo, spraying nitrous on top I feel is a good way to blow the cylinder walls out of it. lol

I would probably be happy with that as-is. Running 8s in a basically stock car with some key parts choices is superb. Probably not many cars that can claim that.

Nice job!
