L&M Throttle Body Q&A

Im trying to fit a L&M 66mm T-body on my 2.6KB which has a stock bolt pattern. Has anyone purchased the adapter plate for gt500 t-body and used it with the L&M to put on a GT? Thanks for any help/advice on this issue. If Im correct I would have to drill out the holes in the L&M to fit the adapter plate? Probably port the adapter to match the 66 since its made for a 65mm gt500? Help thanks!

the 66TB may not be worth the jump from the 62TB. you may still be restricted by the CAI and the SC plenum. we found on the Whipple HO 2.3 that the SC plenum and CAI was a big restrictor. JPC used my car and came up with their new Whipple plenum and CAI. we picked up over 40rwhp (631rwhp/570ftlbs @ 16.5lbs of boost)631rwhp/570ftlbs with 16.5lbs of boost
