M-6600-F46 GT500 pump

I'm thinking about doing the Boss B53 engine and it comes with the gt500 oil pump,was wondering should i install the billet gears with this oil pump or leave it alone? I've been waiting around to see if anyone else has done the B53 short block or am I going to be the first to pull the trigger..hehehehe
any info would be appreciated....thanks in advance..

thanks for the info....that helps alot. yes I have the Vortech HO kit and is thinking about selling it and getting a Whipple, but I might just keep the Vortech for a while and see how it goes, then I might sell the Vortech and get the Whipple...from what i can tell the torque is going to be strong on this engine,so with the strong bottom end torque and the Vortech might be the perfect combo.only time will tell.
