M90 guys

I was bored today and decided to pull my blower and block off the silencer ports. Well I got it pulled and lo and behold I see no silencer ports on mine. Am I missing something. My blower port looks exactly like this one in the pic, except it doesn't have the two silencer ports. Mine is a 2009. I'm wondering if there was another method they later used to help quieten it down because mine isn't as loud as blowers I've heard with stock pulley and and blocked ports.

Mine was a 2010 and didn't have those ports either.

Oh well, guess I'll just have to wait till I get the VMP500 kit to get some noise out of this thing.
