Mobil1 Oil Special

Just went to Advance Auto and they are having a manager special on the Mobil1 oil. Im not sure if this is Advance Auto only, but other stores may have it going on too. Anyways, its buy 5qts and oil filter for $32. If you get just the oil, its $35. So save $3 and get a $12 filter for free. Although I got the filter, Im not sure if Im going to use it.

is this a K&N filter? or mobil one filter? not that they arent any different besides the k&n has a 1" nut on the top

its with the mobil1 filter...only thing that sucks is 5qts isnt enough for the oil change but will help out with about $15 of savings

Walmart is always cheaper than that. Oil was $24 last time I bought it. 6th quart made it $30

Yeah Wal-Mart in the jug is the way to go. They used to run out all the time but i guess someone finally figured out they need to up the par.

Yeah walmart here has the 5 quart jug off mobile one for $24.

I've been getting mine from Walley World as well at either 24-26 for a while now. What the hell is wrong with the Mobil One filter? I'm running the puralator on mine as that is what the guys from PH sent me and I continue to use them.

I picked up 5 qts of Mobil 1 plus a filter for my other car.

I still have free oil changes to use up on my 'Stang.

Sounds very similar to PepBoys deal that they are running now on RoyalPurple. Get 5 quarts of oil and there filter for 45 bucks.. Just the oil alone is 42.50 + their filter is 15 bucks= 57.50. So a total savings of 12.50 is to be had. i capitalized on it!
