Fore Precision Works carries the returnless style fuel hat configuration. Designed to fit any 2005-2010 Mustang, including the GT500 and KR, this pre-wired returnless style hat houses two or three Ford GT pumps. This set up will make the two or three Ford GT super car fuel pumps a simple 'bolt in' installation.
The Fore Precision S197 returnless hat bolts directly into the stock fuel tank, replacing the OEM assembly. The fuel hat is designed with the same fuel transfer function across the saddle style (dual sump) tank as the OEM set-up (using an eductor pump). It also retains the factory fuel level sender which allows the fuel level gauge to maintain factory accuracy on your car. All of these features enable this fuel system upgrade to be seamlessly intergrated into your vehicle.
Using only two Ford GT pumps, 650+ RWHP is achievable, and 1000+ RWHP is possible with the three pump set-up (depending on car configuration).
The Fore Precision S197 returnless style fuel hat comes with individual AN -6 outlets for each pump, and has the capability of running a stock line adapter. The fuel hat comes with upgraded wires pre-installed, which means there is no drilling, gluing, or fabrication needed for installation.
