I think he's asking how people paid 30K+ for the pre '11GT's...

hell, i got mine in October of 2004 with everything but shaker 1000 and I paid $27,650...And that's when ALL the dealerships around here still had a $10K markup on them. Pays to know people.

Congrats on ordering the '11!BTW,I paid $25,000 for the '05 i had(w/Shaker 1000) and $33,000 for the '10(loaded)...both using the X-Plan..

pacettr mentioned how they crept up in price, when in reality, they have been up in price for a while. If I got the auto trans, shaker, 1000 and nav on an '08 GT with the same options as mine, the sticker price would be around $38K.

Also, I paid somewhere around $8-$9K under sticker for mine if I recall correctly.

I don't believe the 08's were QUITE that high, but I think we're splitting hairs while agreeing.
