Parasitic draw

I have a 2007 mustang v6 that was swapped to a 4.6l 3v of the same year. Ive had some hurdles with the car before such as a blow power steering line that ended up smoking my transmission, but about 3 weeks after I put a new transmission in it I started getting a parasitic draw, I tried changing the alternator, pulling fuses, disconnecting the radio, and checking for damaged wiring. Nothing it still draws about 6.5 amps then slowly drops as the battery loses power. Any ideas or common problems? I do not have a shaker system. And ive tried disconnecting the SJB

You might want to check that you didn't pinch any wiring when you did the transmission swap.
