Pinion Shaft stuck, Need Help ASAP!!!

I am in the process of changing an axle shaft, i already did everythin, but the pinion shaft is stuck, i hit it with a hammer nothing, i heated it and then hit it, Nothing, has this happened to anyone. Need help ASAP.

PS; Yes i took out the 8mm bolt out.LOL

are you talking about the carrier cross pin? If so i've had a couple of those 8mm bolts break off, the threaded part comes out but the long smooth shank stays in the carrier. Does your 8 mm bolt have the smooth shank at the end, probably about 2 inches long total?
