I bought this and used it with my Torque App on my Android device. No longer need it as I no longer have an Android device. Comes with instruction paper on how to hook it up.
You will need to purchase an ODBII software for your Android device. This is just for the ODBII connector only.
This device helped alot when making sure my emissions monitors were complete or not.
