New PB tonight. Only changes were racestars w/ MT 28" tire and all upgraded cooling, rad, intercooler, bigger tanks. I was seeing a consistent 9lbs boost with the weather.

Thanks, I am thinking the cooling upgrades are doing me the most good. Last year I was averaging 120 iats on the highway and 140s at the end of a pass. Now I am barely breaking 120 at the end of a run and cruising gets below 100 at times. Car is definitely pulling harder with it not pulling timing from the heat.

Thank you sir , that was on 21 psi. We tuned to 32 psi , so there is still a shit load left on the table . I want to get comfortable in the car before we turn it up . I figure 8.70 @ 160 is pretty stout for the break in tune .

Launch Rpm was set at 4600 . converter is a 5800 stall . Upped launch Rpm on the 2 step to 5600rpm . We will give this a try before we start messing with the converter .

When are you going to get that animal of yours out to the track with that new turbo of yours ?

Maybe the converter isn't as tight as i thought then. I saw a few runs of your car on another forum where they posted a 30min video of runs at MIR for the NMRA race. I noticed on the runs the car really wakes up around the 60 foot mark, so I was thinking the converter was too tight (just like my car).

But then again, if the converter was made for runs at 30psi, then maybe it will work out just perfect once you get enough seat time and feel comfortable pushing the car that hard.
