People here do indeed fail in the rain. If it starts drizzling they all of a sudden slow down to 10 under like they're gonna wipe out or something if they do the speed limit. If there's even a remote chance of that happening to you, you need to get new tires. If you can't see, get new wiper blades. So many accidents in adverse conditions are because of the operators failure to do even basic regular maintenance.

They also fail at merging onto the highway, driving in the left lane, round abouts, turning lanes, and maintaining a constant speed.
