Hey guys so I bought my 298 stroker about 2 years ago and it came with a PS Pump on it that was installed by previous owner (not original). The fitting on it for the fluid from the reservoir points up instead of down like I have seen on many other S197 4.6s. Therefore, I cannot use the actual hose that is supposed to be used from the reservoir to pump. Is this pump from another 4.6 equipped car? Would buying one for a 2005-2010 GT come with the fitting pointing down as it should? See picture.

Can't say that I know for sure but looking on google, that looks like an F150 PS pump.

I can go out and check mine tomorrow if you need a new pump I'll hook you up with a good deal. I'm going to go to a manual rack. The engine had 33000 miles when I took it apart.
