Rear Passenger Quarter Panel Click/Tap Noise

So we all know that our cars are prone to rattles, several noises that eventually make us want to rip our hair out. I've read up as much as I could and went through as much troubleshooting as I could, but I cannot track down what this noise is.

I've torn my whole rear out. It's not the buckles, the trim, the speaker wires, the parcel shelf, the seat latches, the seatbelt mechanism, and I'm hoping somebody else had this sound and solved the problem.

It sounds like it's coming from the defrosterest area, but definitely on the C Pillar.

I had a rattle up front that I finally tracked down to a bad strut. Might want to check your shocks just in case it is similar.

I've also had a golf ball fall in the little corner of my trunk. Down along the rear fenders that rattled and bounced around in there for quite a while before I found it.
