Im contemplating doing a rear seat delete and making a custom sub box. Has anyone ever done this before? How do you think the sound quality would be? I've had trunk subs and it sounded good in the car but I absolutely hated the trunk rattle and I don't really use my bavk seats. Thanks a lot for yalls help.

I've never done it, but I can't imagine it's really any different than building any other enclosure; just a lot more work.

I'd personally build the box to fit in the opening, then build the delete around that. Add a proper amount of sound deadening where needed and you should be good to go IMO.
