I have a new in the box Roush TVS Supercharger with extended snout drive for the "Dual Sheave" FEAD system. The Supercharger includes 80mm Phase 2 press on type pulley and ready to bolt on a Roush intake manifold. Includes all Brackets, Pulleys, hardware, and accessories to complete installation. This is basically the complete kit, less the intake manifold and fueling components.

*This will only work if you already have a Roush TVS system. You will just swap your head unit and the front belt drive assembly. Everything else bolts up the same, the kit will include extra cooling hoses incases the routing configuration is any different. Instructions for the Phase 2 Dual sheave supercharger kit will be included to help you with the install.

The complete system sells for $7500 Retail. We are looking to get $3500 + S&H for this conversion kit.

*The TVS blower that comes off your can can easily be sold to a GT500 owner as a Supercharger upgrade, it will just require a 10 Rib pulley change. Value on a used TVS is easily $2000 which covers half of the cost!!!

Contact Team JDM today with any questions about the kit 732-780-0770 or email [email protected]

Stock image file, I don't have a picture of the head unit still in box.

No, as in the description it is the complete kit less the intake manifold/intercooler assembly and the fuel components. This is only for someone who already has a ROUSH TVS supercharger that wants to convert to dual belt drive.

The purpose of the dual belt drive is to shorten the supercharger belt length in order to prevent slippage. It also offers way more crank shaft support with the Spyder crank pulley system. Way more efficient than the single 6 rib drive.

A DOB GT450 manifold and AFCO heat exchanger would make a complete tuner kit?

Haven't installed a DOB manifold before but from my understanding, it will work with this setup. The bolt pattern on the blower is the same as a GT500 so everything will bolt up. I have a brand new 2010 Roush heat exchanger I would throw in with this, you could make it work with any 05-10 car.

Jim,
This thing is pretty much a full blower setup minus the intercooler/manifold...correct?

I know that ROUSH sells parts individually.
What would the cost be to order a new intercooler/manifold?

I think if buyer prospects knew this info, you'd get this part sold a lot quicker.

EDIT:
Just called ROUSH.
The intercooler/manifold can be had for $1600, retail.
Part number: R07060135-13-BC

When I called Roush they flat out said they would not sell that part by itself, no exceptions.

The Intercooler/manifold is the big ticket item left. Injectors & heat exchanger you can pickup on this forum for cheap. As for an alternator bracket, those aren't hard to fab up...or you could look at the installation manual and get the part number for it, then order.

I picked up ID1000 injectors for $450, to my door. Yes, ID brand. Deals are out there, just gotta look.

When I called Roush they flat out said they would not sell that part by itself, no exceptions.

No mention of that was made. The guy told me "yeah, I think that's a service part" then proceeded giving me a dollar number and part number.

They told me every guy who froze and broke theirs last winter was treated on a case by case basis. They have a real fixation on people piecing kits together. I think it is a stupid as hell policy, but their lawyer feels otherwise.

Those parts are not included but for someone converting to a dual sheave from a single sheave this is all that is needed.
