Perfect for guys on a budget looking to run 500rwhp or less on the stock block with room to upgrade in the future. This setup will support around 600rwhp depending on injector size without a bap and is a fraction of the cost of the frpp gt500 system. Kit features a modifed GT hat with a walbro 405 pump which flows 440lph @ 13.5 volts/39psi! Also includes my fuel system wire upgrade kit which runs 10 gauge wire with relay to the fpdm to support the bigger pump. The fuel hat is completely assembled and a direct swap drop in and the wire kit comes with color installation instruction for a clean and easy install. Best value fuel kit you can buy for your S197!

*The fuel level sender resistance reading changed in 2010 so please specify wether you need an 05-09 or a 10 style sender.

What if I already have a rewire kit and do I get a refund on a good core hat if I send it to you after I install this one?

I'm doing a Paxton build as we speak on my 2011 GT and I'd love to run E85 because it's all over the place around here. I have a bap and ID1000 injectors, once I dig into the build I could send you everything you needed. Will this system support that? Not looking for more than 650 rwhp because that's the limit of the stock bottom end.. I'd actually like to keep the car around 620-630 but run e85 to keep it happy. What are your thoughts and advice?

No, this system will not support it as the 3v hat/setup is a lot different from the 5.0; BAP and 1000's should support that no problem...be careful approaching the 650 mark with the stock rings/oil pump.....

how well would this work in a nitrous application pulling from the fuel rail

Like mentioned, it would work just fine. Would need to be tuned of course.

What exactly would you need for a core just the pump? What is the best way to package and ship it without it stinking of gas? What is the PPRV valve and why would i want it deleted. On a side note I am getting parts together for a nitrous system and the price for this pump is way better than the GT500 pump.

Sorry to bombard you with questions but I am still doing the research on this upgrade.
