The end of this pipe is capped off. You unloosen the clamp and slide the circled portion INWARDS in small increments to "tune" the unwanted harmonics out of the exhaust.

No I've got it. it reminds me of the P trap under my kitchen sink.

I LOVE the setup! No mufflers to rot out or get water into when washing the car and it sounds really good. Very quite during cruise and loud when the go pedal is mashed. LOVE IT! I'd have videos but I sent the girlfriend packing so I'm gonna have to recruit another one.
