Well my codes went away. I dont mean to make another thread but I got my car running with a set of HT1's I found.
These Ford Racing Plugs are brand new. I don't plan on keeping the HT1's so before any one says you need HT0's it was just used to help trouble shoot.
But these plugs are new bought them in April. The car runs great. AFR is good as well.
Here are my cars stats.
Tuned by ST Motorsports
9.1 Compression cast iron 4.6 stroked to 5.0
Plugs Gapped to 28
Here is a picture of the plug I noticed that it is just the centers of the plug that is burnt. I was told that is caused by running a plug that is to cold. I verified the model on my plugs and they are only 1 heat range colder as well.
