SST Question

Hey y’all
So my sst doesn’t work, I’m trying to figure what I can do to fix it. Essentially when I put it my stang in s and it stays in whatever gear I’m in when I do that and doesn’t upshift or downshift it just stays. I’ve already replaced the switch/ (+,-) button. I tried tracking down a fuse for the sst system. Not sure what else to look at or look for. Trans shifts perfect otherwise... any help would be much appreciated y’all! 2013 5.0L base

It doesn’t have a tune, stock tune I suppose...

Did you buy the car used? Does it have a cai? If either of those or yes its probably tuned.
