Im fixing to add a Spydershaft to my car and am on the fence about whether to do 4.10's at the same time. Im keeping the Pirellis.
My best 60' on the stock 3.55's and Pirellis is 1.89...
I have heard of people cutting 1.79's with the Pirellis and 4.10's.
I have also heard of people claiming they saw no improvement with stock tires.
Currently trapping 6350-6600 rpm in 3rd depending on weather.
Im planning on keeping the pirellis for a while. Also N2O may enter the picture at some point.
I currently leave around 4000 rpm with some clutch slip and tire spin but when the car hooks it yanks my rpms
back down into the 2500 rpm range which causes it to bog a bit until it gets back up over 3000 rpm.
4.10's or not?
