I have recieved tons of emails and phonecalls about our car for awhile now and especially after setting the N/A stock longblock record a couple of weeks ago so I figured I would set the record straight and post up the specs on this car.

2011 5.0 GT 300A car with Brembos

Totally stock and untouched longblock.
Boss Intake, stock Tbody
JLT CAI
WMS SCT Tune
Dynatech LT's with catless mids
Pypes supersystem exhaust
Barton Shifter
3:90 gears with True trac
Alum one piece driveshaft
Racestar 15x10 and 17x4 wheels
Hoosier 28x10.5x15 full slick
Mcleod clutch (RST)
Metco LCA's with relocation brackets
stock upper uca
stock shocks/struts/springs
UPR panhard bar
Rad support/swaybar delete
3550lbs with me in the car (was 3695 stock with me in it)

436/379 on our Dynojet Dyno last time on same tune that set the record

1.48 short time
10.88@125mph

Awesome weather/DA/Tailwind, most likely wont repeat that run again anytime soon. We also went 10.97 that day with a 1.56 60ft.

I hope that clears up some of the questions I have been getting.

Thanks everyone,

JJ

Great job of setting up the car, and of course driving.

That's a great example of making everything work together. There's tons of cars that have as much or more HP but are slower, some much slower.

The suspension just works, the rear is using all the transfer from the front while at the same time driving the car forward instead of wasting energy going down in the rear.

Again, nice job setting up the car.

JJ, First off congratulations! What do you think made the biggest difference in going 10's versus 11's? Is it slicks versus drag radials?

May I request that you ship the car to me for independent testing and verification :)

I'd sure be interested to see how it would run with the stock CAI vs. the JLT. ;)
