Suspension Mods For ET Improvement?

Looking to see what kind of suspension mods I can do that will get me tenths at the track guys.. let me know what yall have and what you gained if you have numbers.
I currently am lowered about 1.5" on ford racing K springs. and have upper arm and mount everything else is stock.
thanks also would be interested in any reasonable weight reduction methods driver weight is only 135 pounds so not to worried

LCA and Relocation brackets will help you tremendously, at this point.
