Switching between SCT tune and RTD tune?

Hello all, my car was initially tuned through an SCT device and then later I was tuned through the HPT RTD. Can I switch back and forth with no issues? Just not sure how that works. Thank you.

I think you will have to return your plc to stock to switch from one tuning device to the other.

I have found some info that says I can save the rtd tune as the “stock” tune when programming with the SCT handheld. Can anyone confirm this?

IIRC, the SCT will see whatever tune in in the PCM as "stock" when connected to the OBD, there's do coding to designate a factory OEM tune vs. an aftermarket tune

will it still save that tune to be reverted back to if need be?

I guess as long as I still have the rtd and can load the tune through that it won’t matter. It will be nice to compare tunes.
