Textured or Wrinkle finish need source

So my hood strip and my rear spoiler are a textured flat black
Im not having a lot of luck matching it
The hood was shot with PPG and a texture additive
I cant find the texture additive anywhere for PPG

I ordered a quart of Kustoms http://www.tcpglobal.com/kustomshop/HRF295.aspx

It didnt come close
R&A painted the hood and spoiler for the previous owner
They gave me the PPG color code but didnt know what the texture number was
My local PPG dealer is not a lot of help , other then they cant get the texture additive

Any suggestions

SEM makes a good texture coating. I used to do autobody work and you can control the texture with how many coats you apply
