Based on the timeslip, I think the first 60' is killing you. If you're running drag radials, rolling through the water box is OK. On the first pass of the night, give them a good smokey burn out. Later runs don't need as much, but DRs typically need more heat than a slick. If you can get your 60' times down into the 1.7x range, you just might see 11s without more HP.
SLP Line lock can be your best friend.I still dont know how to do a burn out without killing it.. I'm afraid to try at the light.. its like peeing in a troff urinal... you know people are looking
