Also, check with your home insurance company. Many companies, like USAA, require the yard be fenced and entries locked. Basically, you have to be able to restrict access to the pool. In Florida, they require this as well and even go so far as to require a door buzzer for the door(s) leading to the pool area so that if a child opens the door, a buzzer is sounded through out the house.

We are required to have a 48" barrier
The pool is on flat ground and 54" tall
So all I need is a locked gate to the pool and a door buzzer on the rear patio door according to Illinois law
Oh and its a102 degrees again today and forecast to be in the 100 all next week

I am actually Shopping for turbo now.
I hope maybe this fall or winter

But yes Wifey is Happy So pool stays now gotta get the deck built
