Hi guys, for those of you that run in Time Trial/Solosprint, what kind of setup do you have?

I have:

Supension: Steeda Springs (200lb/in, 175lb/in), Koni Yellow single adj., Strano bars, adj phb, lca, uca, (all rod ends).
Brakes: SS lines, DTC-70/60s, cooling ducts.
Power: Not much, just a intake and tune.
Rubber: 285/30/18 R888, GG compound.

The class (Super Stock 4) record last year at our local track (Mission Raceway) was 1:20:14. My fastest time as of yet this year is a 1:19:48. However, I talked to the record setter, and he apparently drove a 1:18.50 this year!

My instructor suggested that I a) Get a set of Hoosier R6s, b) Upgrade my suspension, as he feels that my car is "undersprung".

The R6s are a given, no doubt about it. But I am a little lost about the suspension. Coilovers with ASTs would be excellent, but do you guys think a cheap swap to H&R race springs might give me that little extra "edge"?

And of course, I've been sure to invest in a lot of seat time and driving lessons :D
