Turn signal problem

Has anyone ever had a problem with your turn signal bulb staying on? Not blinking, just staying lit. It's the pass front. Had to pull the fuse so it wouldn't kill my battery. Thanks for any help.

My experience with this type of problem was related to water leaking from the cowl onto the smart junction box under the dash on the passenger side in front of the door
