Well the time has come to go the route I always have wanted. I recently swapped out my busted 3650 for a 6r80. Downfall was that my hot side did not fit at that point. So then decided instead of building just a hot side for my single turbo I would ditch the single and go custom.
Engine:
-Arias Pistons 16cc dished bored .20 over (3.572 bore)
-Eagle Crank (3.554 stroke)
-Eagle Rods (5.933 length)
-Eagle rod and main bearings
-ARP hardware throughout
-GT500 8 qt oil pan wiyh high volume pump and pickup
-Port and polished heads
- Ford Racing Followers
-Stage 3 Custom Grind MMR Turbo Cams
- Adjustable crank Shaft Timing gear
- Brian Tooley Springs
- Comp Phaser Limiters
- C&L Intake Manifold
-DW 1200CC Injectors
-FORE return fuel system
-Twin 6262 dual ball bearing billet wheel turbos
-Treadstone Intercooler

Driveline:
-6r80 swap
-FTI Triple Disc Converter
-3:73 gears (Swapping to 3:08s)
- BMR Lower Control Arms and Relocation Brackets
- BMR extreme anti roll bar

Sure there is a bunch I am missing.

Here are some pics of the beginning of build. As can see in pics the treads tone intercooler is huge and will need to modify bumper to make it work. Also want to give huge shoutout to Jeremy at S&H as he's been very helpful with his knowledge and parts.

Pretty cool! Wondering where you are at in Parts and labor dollars? Did ytou consider the STS rear (remote) prefab system?
