I called Enerpulse last week to ask about the correct plug for my motorcycle. They are a local company to me. As it turned out, I was talking to one of the engineers (it sounds like they get/have to rotate through tech support), so I asked him about the status of the Pulstar plug for the early 3v.

In short, they are still working on it. The problem (big surprise) is the strength of the extended portion of the plug. They need a bit more space inside the plug for the capacitor, so it is making the extension point weak. And yes, they are trying to make this a one piece shell.

Keep your fingers crossed!

I said cross you fingers, not hold your breath! I was just glad to hear they were still working on it.

Interested to see their cost versus the price of the Brisk 1 pc. Did he mention anything about making a heat range or two colder than stock?

I didn't even ask and he didn't offer it up. Sorry!
