Took a road trip to Vegas last weekend to attend Greg Banish's EFI calibration course (which was awesome), do some drag racing, and tour the Shelby facility. Turns out they gave me the wrong day for the drag racing, so I didn't get to run. But touring the Shelby plant was really cool. Got some photos of the Super Snake, the very first Cobra ever built, the first prototype Ford GT, and many more. Many of Carrroll Shelby's personal cars were on display. They are coming out with a Terlingua Racing version of our car soon.
The car ran great the whole time. It was very comfortable for a road trip like this (8+ hours). Plus I had enough power to do whatever I wanted on the road. I didn't even have to downshift out of top gear to make things happen. Of course, I had to bury the speedometer at least once to see what that was like.
