Got the the valence put in and the base cabinets installed. The wife couldn't wait and went ahead and ordered a new stainless dishwasher. Hopefully we will be placing our order for the countertop soon but for now im using the old to keep the kitchen functional.

Im so happy we are putting new floor down because it gave me the opportunity to shoot some screws down in the subfloor and get rid of the horrid squeaking ive been listening to for 2 years.

Might start painting tomorrow and start on the vinyl plank flooring after that.

Put an offer on a property Friday about $20K below asking price. Today the owner countered with a price about $10K above our offer. Except he's desperate and has no other offers. We are going to let him contemplate all his other offers for a week or two and wait for him to call back again.

I'm going to own it by the middle of January.

This morning I just bought a kitchen table and chairs for the house I haven't bought yet. Eat in kitchen so no room for my dining room table, I bought a high top and swivel bar stools off Craigslist for $85.

Now that the Thanksgiving festivities are over I can update my DONE pics! What a long tiring month it was to get the dining room, kitchen, bathroom, living room and game room done but we did it!

Got the 65" tv out of the box, tomorrow it will be mounted on the wall. Gotta go to Best Buy and get the wall mount and soundbar.

^ Hell yeah. Bout to start laying my kitchen floor in an hour or so. If it wasn't for dogs I would put hardwood down but instead we are doing vinyl snap together plank floor for the waterproof aspect.

Thanks, it never ends does it? just trying to get this floor done before I head to Florida on Sunday. New fridge should be delivered Monday or Tuesday. Countertop got ordered today, it wont be ready till after xmas

Just finished hanging the 65" tv and running the wires through the wall. Damn i got this big bastard on black friday. Its one badass tv. Next will be hanging the wireless soundbar and finding a glass or dark brown shelving system for all the added components. Im excited, its like having my own lil theater.
