Got the rear BMR springs installed last night, haven't had a chance to do fronts but friends coaxed me into going out tonight. Car went 12.67 on a 1.76 60'. Best before was 12.70 on a 1.80 and best 60' ever was a 1.78 A couple members know the issues I've had with the car but it's progress. Air wasn't as great as before and that was after hot lapping, hence the low mph. Not too shabby for a near stock 3v at nearly full weight (just a set of racestars)

I saw you out there, Brian. The car looked good. For some reason I was spinning like crazy last night, never did get a decent launch.

What are you getting? I worked for Discount tire for six years. I still have plenty of friends there so i get good deals. Not as good as when i would sell stuff to myself for cost though haha.

My last two passes hooked very well. One pass I launched at 6k and the final I launched at 7k and it about threw me through the windshield...unfortunately my car doesn't have the torque to recover from a dead hook like that and my 60's are a bit higher. The car has always been opposite as far as traction but I can work with this as long as it stays consistent.

Hopefully you didn't watch my 79 mph pass...

Got the Pro Kit springs on and my new wheels and tires. AMR 18x8/10 with Nitto 555's up front and 305/35-18 MT ET Streets in the back. First pic is before. I'll try to get some better ones today.

Drove it. Went from worn out Tokico D-specs, busted GT500 strut top mounts, and Nitto Invos to Koni yellows, new mounts, and Michelin Pilot SS. Should have done this long time ago.

Finally forged the bottom end (and did a few other odds and ends) and got word from the tuner yesterday that he's been able to squeeze 550rwhp from the little Saleen blower..and that's with some spark plug blow out. Hoping for final numbers next week.

Installed the line lock kit for my upcoming track rental.

On Jeremy's car we:

Swapped out his f/r CJ springs for Vogland's
Swapped out his fuel line to a nice SS setup
Adj the Whiteline RSB to the softest setting
Swapped out the oil pan and with it an oil change

Returned the car cover I purchased.

I'm trying to find a custom one that does not have a pocket for the front antenna (05-09 body). Any ideas?
