Who is still making passes?

That is definatley the truth. It seems like it goes from blazzing HOT, to Winter in a matter of weeks.



Atco is opening at the end of January on Sundays. (weather permitting).
They did this the last few years. Last year it snowed too much, but the year before it opened about 4 times in the winter months.

They try to do it every year if they don't resurface the track.

That would be great!! I need track time for the 5.0... they say the 2nd half of winter is going to be on the warmer side

Can't speak for all of them, but I know for a fact that at least 3 of the local tracks here in North Texas are open and racing on Saturdays. And they are about to start back with Friday night racing as well.

North Star is currently open on Saturdays, and will start being open on Friday nights as well in February.

Kennedale is open on Saturdays

Dallas Raceway is open on Saturdays

I had a bad year. Broke the car @ Milan and kind of just let her sit. I had got my '91 back out, it got stolen and recovered. Put her away, got the CJ back out and ended up breaking the shifter handle.

No Spring Break racing, but I might be there to watch. I'll be @ Milan for sure. Gonna make a effort to hit Route 66, Columbus and Bowling Green. Just depends on how business is.

Hopefully the weather stays clear this weekend for me and someother guys on my Texas forum to go on our cruise starting in Dallas and ending in kennedale (1/8 mike track). We hope to make passes starting around 2. It's run what you brung! Lol
