took new ride to the track today in 90degree heat and 75%humidity and run a 10.87@125 1.61 sixty ft. on the 18s

car is an 05 with auto
procharger p1sc
shortys w/full magnaflow o/r exhaust
3.73 gears
steeda springs
TCI 3200 conv

im happy for 1st time out and being traction limited.

Not bad when you consider the conditions, on 18s, and with only 3.73s. 10.80s at 125 mph is a good match to--you could probably squeeze another 1/10 or so out of it, but that is a good run.

Nice times, and I am one of the people who says tci converters are junk...lol

When it does that for 100 passes, then I'll change my mind but making a couple good passes does mean the converter is any good - it hasn't been 'tested' yet IMO. Another 50 passes, then you can say the converter has been 'tested'.

i have another tci that was redone to PTC specs still in the box that i couldn't give away.

my 03 cobra i just sold cut 1.29s on the radials
