Who sells a good replacement window?

I was in DC over the weekend (parked on a well lit highly visible road) and some goober broke into my driver side window to steal an old backpack full of clothes I was going to donate.

I'm normally wary of buying off Amazon, but they are the only windows I see for sale online. Are they a good buy or are there better places?

Look around for a dismantler like LKQ. Try to get oem used. Aftermarket glass can be kind of thin.

I got a new factory window at my local Ford dealer for about $170.

I may have to do that. It just occurred to me that one of my friends manages a Ford dealership

I actually got a little lucky. I drove past a scrap yard and decided to see if they had anything, they had a window in good condition that matched my tint (except I think it's film instead of ceramic) for $80.

Any advice to get the moisture barrier off to get the broken glass out? I'm struggling a bit with it.
