(14 GT mt82) Finally preparing for a Paxton centrifugal, going for 600-650whp. I'm going to do most of the work myself, starting with clutch and driveshaft. Already upgraded brakes, got an MGW shifter, and diff sorted out with new LSD and 3.75 gears.

For my power goals, what clutch kit works without being overkill, and what other parts should I upgrade while the trans is out? I've seen guys use a lightweight flywheel, but I plan on resurfacing mine if it's good.

Also, is the Ford performance one-piece aluminum driveshaft good?

Trying to put a parts list together before diving in.
Thanks!

McLoed RXT clutch and stock style throwout, steel flywheel and a T56 mag XL 6 speed. You can usually get an aluminum shaft with the tranny kit.
Wish I could afford a t56, I do have to be budget minded, gonna stick with the mt82 until it eventually blows 3rd gear. I'll see about that kit, might also get steel lines to improve engagement feel while at it.
