Will a 2002 4.6 Windsor work in my 06 GT?

Just curious...I may have a good lead on a block, but not sure if it will match up perfectly in place of my current 06 4.6 block. I think I only need a adapter plate or something....other then that it should all bolt up perfect. Is that correct? Also, if it matters...I'll be using my 3 valve heads and not the 2 valve heads.

Motor mount adapter plates and few other small items, like timing guide pins and plugging a hole on your timing cover.

It's an iron block, not aluminum. Just FYI.
