Will Whipple 10 Rib Kit fit under stock 2008 GT Hood

Will the whipple 10 rib kit fit under stock mustang GT 2008 hood; without lowering engine or notching hood?

No it won't, you either have to notch the hood Or get a different hood. The steeda supplied pulley sticks out further than a 6rib whipple pulley does and touches the hood when closed.

Awhile back I went for the notch (1 1/2") inside rather then lowering the engine.....It's small and hardly noticeable. Just dabbed a little paint on on it, and WHELLA. I now have a Cervini 2 1/2 " Cowl and no problems.

Yea I went with a Kaenan 3in cowl hood and it was perfect

Depends on the 10 rib kit you are asking about. Steeda's requires notching the hood, the Whipple (yes they have their own) 10 rib kit does not according to Mike @ Whipple.

I'm talking about the Whipple 10 rib kit, not the Steeda.
