I've got one, came off the girlfriend's '08
Has some rash on it and a few gouges on the passenger side.
Most of the scratches/gouges can be seen in the pics below:

I've always wondered how these attach to the factory bumper? I like the look of them but is it a direct screw in deal? And have you checked your local Craigslist yet? There's a few that pop up once in a while for $100

I drilled a few holes and used the push pins that expand on the end. Couple through the bottom and used stock screws in the fender liner/bumper connection points
