I always wondered why they dont offer a swap out service for pulleys when you upgrade. Give some money back for the used pulley depending on condition.

i would recommend going to a 3.6. I will have one available in about a week or so. Im going down to a 3.4. Also take a look at BBR and Brenspeed if you want a new one. i would highly recommend John @ BBR.

The 07+ models run the 3.8 if im not mistaken, i dont want to stress out my fuel system until i get a Dynotune, were you running the 3.6 on the stock pump?

I coudl wait a week, PM with a price shipped to 11375, thanks!

Right now im on the 3.6 pulley, stock pump, 8psi, 440rwhp, tuned by jon lund. They did datalogging the pump and its fine. i cant go to the 3.4 with stock pump but the 3.6 is working fine and im well within safe ranges on the duty cycles. Im adding a bap and then going to the 3.4.

Are you upgrading your injectors too? Im looking for 39lb's as well to complete the upgrade.

Also, i presume i need a shorter belt, do you know what size works with the 3.6 off the top of your head?

I have 42lb injectors and i think ill be fine with those with the 3.4. im gonna double check with my tuner....here is a list of belt sizes. i might go down a belt size so i might have both pulley and belt for sale.

Gates K061080 Micro-V (13/16" x 108 ¾" – 6 rib) or NAPA 25-061080 (3.8", 3.6" & 3.4"* Pulleys Only). *The K061080 belt can be used with the 3.4" S/C pulley if used in combination with the V10 W/P pulley and 90mm OEM idler pulley in place of the 76mm Saleen idler pulley.

Gates K061075 Micro-V (13/16" x 108 1/8" – 6 rib) or NAPA 25-061075 (3.4", 3.2"* & 3.0"* Pulleys Only) *When using 3.2" & 3.0" S/C pulleys, change W/P Pulley to F7UZ-8509-AA (5.515" diameter – 17.317" circumference) for a V10 truck application - improves S/C pulley belt wrap.

Gates K061073 Micro-V (13/16" x 107 7/8" – 6 rib) or NAPA 25-061073 (2.87" S/C Pulley) When using 2.87" S/C pulley, change W/P Pulley to F7UZ-8509-AA (5.515" diameter – 17.317" circumference) for a V10 truck application - improves S/C pulley belt wrap.
Stock "GT" W/P pulley (F6TZ-8509-AA) is 5.082" diameter – 15.957" circumference.
