WTB Valentine V1 Radar Dectector

I'm looking to get a good deal on a used Valentine V1 Radar Dectector shipped to 25428.

not much of a chance on getting a good deal on one. if i do ever get rid of mine it would be to change to the escort detector (i think that's it). best bet is to check ebay, but make sure you get on V1's site to check the serial number. make sure it has the most recent updates before you buy.

^^ Yeah that's what I figured. I just don't wanna fork out over $400 for a radar detector at the moment. I'll keep my eye out on eBay then. Thanks for the input

Love my V1 and the remote display. Never cared for the windshield or mirror mounts but I roll just fine with it mounted on the passenger sun visor. The remote display is down next to the radio so it's not visible to other vehicles or drivers.

IMO just bite the bullet and throw it on a credit card. Buying used plus the cost of dealing with any minor problem will equal or exceed the cost of a brand new, registered unit with all the correct accessories.
