Was the throttle body changed/modified ? Injectors? Too much fuel?

2008 Bullitt. My fuel neck is rotten. Was leaking gas when pumping. When I unwrapped the plastic wrap it’s so bad you could crush it with your bare hands. Also had a continuous check gas cap warning and a few set codes that I would clear myself. I kind new what I was gonna find. I have the...
