The revving is pretty common on cold starts. Some mornings mine will go well over 3000 RPM. Kinda embarassing as my car is pretty loud. Not sure how that relates to a voltage / charging issue though.

Try holding the FOB button for like 5 seconds or so. Sometimes they are programmed like that to prevent accidental trunk openings.

My consumption is way off. I fill with 15 gallons, and the computer says it's 11.2 or so. My mileage numbers are awesome on the computer, consistantly 29.9 mpg, but the reality is I'm only getting 23 mpg. When I get a tune done, I'll see if we can fix that.

My car is lowered with the FRPP K springs and I don't have any vibrations. Pinion angle isn't the likely suspect here. Make sure your caliper bolts are installed correctly and torqued to spec. Ensure your sway bar end links are tight, check your ball joints too, if they are shot you will feel it...
